The below terms and conditions apply for all purchases made by a consumer on the Eilersencushion online shop. We highly advise you to read these through thoroughly before making a purchase at the online shop.

1. Prices / Payment

All prices on the website are indicated in EUR and 25% sales tax/VAT is included unless the product is delivered to a non-EU country.
The payment will be debited from your account when we have shipped your product.

Eilersencushion.eu accepts the following credit cards: Dankort, MobilPay, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard.

2. Security

Eilersen is committed to protecting your privacy. All information provided by you is received securely through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept secure while being transmitted via the internet. Only nets and your bank have access to your information.

3. Delivery

All parcels are delivered by FedEx air to DHL land. Delivery will be to the specific address stated upon purchase. At Eilersen we strive to offer the best delivery services and all orders will be dispatched within 14 days.

3.1. Freight rates - International

All parcels to EU or non-EU countries are delivered by FedEx or DHL and sent as insured packages and business mails, which means that such packages cannot be sent as gifts to non-EU countries in attempts to evade local taxes and duties. The price for your parcels delivery is based on weight and therefore it can variate.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the product. You may exercise your right of withdrawal without stating any specific reason and by communication your decision to us by letter or by email.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by simply refusing receipt of the product or by failing to collect the product from the carrier.

If you communicate your decision to withdraw from your purchase, you must return the product to us at the address stated above, and without any undue delay and no later than 13 days after communicating your decision to withdraw from your purchase.

When you withdraw your purchase, Eilersen will reimburse your payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your decision to withdraw from your purchase.

If you have purchased a product on Eilersencushion.eu, which have been made especially for you, you lose the right to withdraw your purchase.

5. Return Policy

Please note that the right to return any purchase made on Eilersencushion.eu may be exercised in addition to the general right of withdrawal stated in Clause 4 above. The procedure of returning is similar to that of withdrawal from the contract.

5.1. Claims

According to the Slovakian Sales of goods provision, you as a consumer have a 2-year claim in case of defects in the purchased item.

6. Shipping

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

    Standard shipping method for reliable and cost-effective delivery.

  2. FedEx Air 
    Faster shipping option for those who prefer quicker delivery.

All parcels are delivered to the address specified at checkout. Delivery will be made within 14 days of purchase, depending on the chosen shipping method.
